CARE WORKER

Our client requires experienced domiciliary care workers who will be providing care for elderly people and also for adults with physical disabilities, sensory loss, mental health and learning disabilities. The applicants should be self motivated, flexible, caring, they should be team players but also able to work on own initiative.
Principal responsibilities:
- Assisting with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing etc.
- Bathing, toileting
- Preparing meals, help with feeding
- Helping in the promotion of mental and physical activity via conversation, reading, taking service users out etc.
- Domestic care, which includes: bed-making, household cleaning, shopping, hygiene cleaning etc.
As a domiciliary care worker you will visit clients in their own homes and you will be provided with a car that is why a full clean driving license is a must.
Requirements:
Full clean driving license,
Good level of English (both written and spoken)
