Junior Web Designer

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an expanding web team at one of the most exciting and creative web houses in Scotland UK. Due to continued success within the marketplace and exciting future expansion plans we are looking for a highly talented and creative web marketing/design graduate or equivalent to join our web development team as a designer and begin to learn the ropes in a high paced commercial position.
As a junior web designer you will be following directions given to you from Senior Designer your responsibilities will include:
- Must be hardworking, intelligent, a self-starter and quick to respond to changes!
- Have an excellent knowledge of HTML
- A good eye for design, tell us what designs/ designers you like/ show us your work to give us an idea.
- Be able to do CSS 2.0
- You will work well as part of a team
- Must be quick to learn new languages or processes
- Experience of JavaScript, PHP, MySQL preferred but not essential
- Commercial Experience not essential but preferred.

To be successful in this role you must also be very creatively minded and posses fantastic communication skills. Some level of understanding of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator is a must!
