The recruiter is a specialist in the movement of time critical freight across Europe dealing mainly with companies in Pharma, Automotive and Aerospace. They are part of a multi million pound group who have doubled their turnover since 2006.
They now have a requirement for a Business Development Executive to sell Air Freight services. Based from Bristol the role will cover roughly a 40 or 50 mile radius of Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling a similar service (i.e Courier Services, Air Freight or Air Charter) to the Pharma, Automotive or Aerospace sector. You will need to be a proactive business developer with good prospecting skills, be outgoing and assertive and be an excellent closer.
This is mainly a new business development role (70%) with the rest of the time spent with exisiting customers, admin etc.
The base salary is £25,000 with an OTE of £45,000 to £50,000. Company car, access to pension scheme and 20 days holiday.
