HVAC Semi Skilled Engineers

Our client is one of the largest manufactureres of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Equipment in the world. Their UK operations are based in the lovely county of Norfolk with its many famous attractions for a super life style. Due to a large increase in orders they are seeking to employ 6 - 10 semi skilled engineers to work on the manufacture of various products. Below are the main requiremets for thes jobs.
To manufacture components and assemblies efficiently, safely and to the required quality standards for air-conditioning systems supplied to large buildings.
Working within a production line producing c20 Chilled Beam assemblies per shift
Working in a Team of 10-15 assemblers
Key Accountabilities
To work to engineering drawings and standard operating procedures written in English
To work in a safe and efficient manner following Company rules at all times
To maintain work area clean and tidy
To produce high quality work that complies with the Company's quality standards and ISO 9001 in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Skills
Wide experience of engineering assembly work which may include all or some of the following:- welding, plumbing, machine operation---including saws, pipe cutters, presses, etc
Good level of dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team.
Familiarity with inspection and measuring equipment.
Reasonable level of written and spoken English, and numeracy.
Ability to use a PC would be advantageous
