Job Description:
The position is for housekeeper and carer. The successful applicant will be responsible for running the house (cleaning, ironing, simple food preparation, etc.), and looking after a lady who has epilepsy and Alzheimer's disease.
This entails ensuring the medication is taken at the right times, etc., and when her husband is away that she is cared for.
The lady is 60 years old, the epilepsy under control with medication, with very rare seizures, and the Alzheimer's disease at the early/medium stages. She is lucid, and functions normally, but her memory not good. She is unable to go out alone, so the applicant would be required to take her shopping, etc., at times.
A good command of the English language is imperative, especially comprehension and speech.
